Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Veriblast platform (the “Service”) operated by Veriblast (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
- Business Use: The Service is intended for business use. By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
3. Third-Party Services (Meta & WhatsApp)
- Integration: Veriblast facilitates connection to the WhatsApp Business API via Meta.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all Meta Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Policies. Veriblast is not responsible for account suspensions or bans imposed by Meta due to your violation of their policies (e.g., spamming, unauthorized content).
- Fees: You are responsible for all charges incurred via Meta/WhatsApp in addition to Veriblast subscription fees.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit “spam,” unsolicited bulk communications, or prohibited marketing content.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
- Harass, abuse, or violate the legal rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism of the Service.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds
- Fees: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Payment: All payments are processed via third-party providers. You must maintain a valid payment method.
- Refunds: Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Veriblast and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Veriblast, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party (including Meta) on the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Veriblast does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veriblast is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
